Application Checklist
___1. Complete the Application for Enrollment.
___ 2. Submit proof of your education.
___ 3. Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov to apply for Federal Pell Grants and the Tennessee Lottery Scholarship. The TTCN school code is 013968.
___ 4. Applicants born January 1, 1957 or later must submit proof of MMR (Mumps, Measles, Rubella) and Varicella (chickenpox) vaccinations.
___ 5. Mail via USPS, fax information to 425-5581, or hand deliver to Student Services.
Financial Aid Checklist
___ 1. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) worksheet.
____2. Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov Input the information from the worksheet onto the on-line application. This application will determine your eligibility for Federal Grants such as the Pell Grant and the Tennessee State Lottery Scholarship. Our school code is 013968.
____3. Make sure you receive a confirmation number upon completing the application. If you do not receive this, you need to go back and review the application. You may have missed a question.
____4. After submitting the application, it will take approximately 3 to 5 business days before theFinancial Aid Manager will have access to your specific information.

Start saving NOW for tuition, books, supplies, regardless of the length of the interest list. Sometimes applicants ahead of you are not ready and you could be next; be prepared when you are called to enroll. On occasion, there will be short notice of an opening. If you are not ready when we call you, you may be required to reapply.
After completing the steps above, you will be added to the interest list. Begin preparing yourself to accept your seat in class when we call.
